Our legal services includes arbitration and filing of cases
in courts of law in India and before the competent authorities
in India.
ROAD MAP:
To make substantial progress in the objectives of the organisation,
it is imperative to establish relationship with law firms in
others parts of India & abroad.
WORKING DAYS & BUSINESS HOURS:-
The office will be open on all days from Monday to Saturday.
The office will remain closed on all Sundays and the National
Holidays. The working hours are :- 9.a.m. to 8.30.p.m. Lunch
between 1.30.p.m. to 2.00.p.m., Consultation on new matters
will be available only between 4.30.p.m. and 7.30.p.m., However,
on urgent matters, other working hours can also be made use
of by the clients with prior appointments. HOTLINE
SERVICE:-
This is a product to demonstrate our commitment to provide the
best service to our clients. The clients can make use of our
mobile phones in all cases of necessity by paying very nominal
fees of Rs.500/- per call. Consultations during after- working
hours are also possible without appointments at a reasonable
rate of Rs.1000/- per consultation per 30 minutes. All clients
will be given a copy of the case papers filed by us into the
court. Payment of consultation fees shall be by cash only. However,
other legal charges may be made either by cash or by cheque
/ D.D. If the payment exceeds 7 days from the date of receipt
of the Bill by client, Rs. 50/- shall be charged extra for every
additional day till date of payment. All staff and partners
are computer- literate and well - versed in using wordstar and
MS office softwares. The Manager (Systems) shall maintain a
seperate file for the purpose of keeping all the papers required
for processing. |
